Preorders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before your order ships. To cancel, email info@cluejutsu.com with your order number.
Once ClueJutsu ships, refunds or replacements are available for damaged, defective, or missing items. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and, where applicable, photos of the issue. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Because ClueJutsu is a preorder for a first production run, delivery windows are estimates and may shift. Shipping delays alone do not qualify for a refund, but you're always welcome to cancel an unshipped order for any reason.
